Our cakes are created from scratch (no boxed mixes here). We use only the finest ingredients: butter, whole milk, and fresh eggs. Our cakes are dense, moist and yummy! We make our fillings, buttercream and fondant in small batches and they are also delicious!
Chocolate Buttermilk: A dense chocolate cake with a very rich flavor.

Lemon: A rich lemon yellow cake with a distinct lemon flavor.
Raspberry: A moist light pink cake flavored with raspberry extract

Superman: "It's a Bird!, It's A Plane!, No, It's Superman Cake!" Based on that favorite ice cream, this is my take on that cool confection. It is complete with the un-namable fruity flavor and crazy swirl of red, blue and yellow colors. This cake has been very popular for weddings and birthdays.
Red Velvet: A very cool ruby-red, southern-style cake made with cocoa, butter and buttermilk.
Chocolate Cherry: One of the most requested specialty flavors. Rich chocolate buttermilk cake combined with cherry pieces. It gives you the chocolate covered cherry taste in a cake.
Banana: My mother's tried and true recipe. Moist and delicious.
Carrot: A true baked from scratch cake. Made with carrots, nuts, raisins and all the "fixin's". Can be made without nuts and/or raisins upon request.
Pumpkin Spice: A moist spiced cake made with pumpkin puree. Wonderful for fall weddings and events.
Old Fashioned Spice Cake: A lovely fragrant, moist cake spiced with cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
Apple Cider Cake: A spice cake made even better with the addition of apple cider.
Vanilla Caramel: A rich and delicious caramel flavored cake made with brown sugar.

Cake Covers (AKA Frosting):
Buttercream:My buttercream is a not-to-sweet concoction of whipped butter, vanilla and confectioners sugar. I have been told by non-frosting lovers that they actually like my frosting. Buttercream is available in: Traditional (vanilla), and Chocolate
Fondant (additional charges may apply): Fondant is a smooth covering used to give wedding and other cakes a perfect, porcelain-like finish. There is always a layer of buttercream under the fondant. My fondant is homemade in small batches and is very delicious: Fondant is available in the following flavors: Vanilla, Citrus, Milk Chocolate, White Chocolate and Dark Chocolate.
Italian Buttercream (additional charges may apply): A very light whipped, less sweet frosting made from cooked sugar and butter. This frosting is best suited for cooler indoor temperatures.
